She also claims that the contractor did not give her husband sufficient warning concerning the dangers of working on the crane. The claim also states that Leopardo failed to comply with Occupational Safety and Health Administration codes. In the lawsuit, the man’s wife also made similar claims against five other companies.

This situation is obviously very tragic, and no amount of money will bring this man back.
