David J. Brassfield is one of Northern Illinois' preeminent trial attorneys concentrating his law practice in matters of civil litigation. He has been an advocate in hundreds of trials and hearings. He has presided over arbitration hearings in association with the Winnebago County court annexed arbitration system and has received a wide majority of favorable results for his clients during the 20 years of his practice of law.
Mr. Brassfield received his Bachelor of Science degree in 1984 from Valparaiso University in Valparaiso, Indiana. He attended the University of South Dakota School of Law from 1984-1987. In law school, he participated in both trial advocacy and moot court competitions. Upon graduation, Mr. Brassfield practiced as a criminal prosecutor in both Rockford, Illinois and Fort Myers, Florida. In 1989, he joined the trial law firm of Brassfield, Krueger & Ramlow, Ltd., in Rockford, Illinois. Due to his legal ability he was made a partner of the law firm in 1991 and has concentrated his practice in trial work since that time. He became the firm's managing partner in 1998. He has received a legal ability rating of "high to very high" by the Martindale Hubble attorney's rating system. He is a member of the Winnebago County Bar, Florida State Bar, Illinois State Bar, Federal Court-Northern District, Illinois, Federal District Court - Seminole, Florida, and Delta Theta Phi law fraternity.

Matthew K. Krueger is the resident partner in the LaSalle County office of the Brassfield, Krueger & Ramlow, Ltd., law firm. He represents injured people in various civil litigation matters, with a concentration in defense of personal injury and worker's compensation cases. He has tried jury trials in over eight different counties in the State of Illinois, and has presided over and participated in various forms of Alternative Dispute Resolution including arbitration and mediation.
Mr. Krueger received his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1988 from Wheaton College in Wheaton, Illinois. In 1991, he graduated from the Valparaiso University School of Law in Valparaiso, Indiana. Todd A. Ramlow is a distinguished and respected member of the northern Illinois and southern Wisconsin legal community. He represents individuals and corporations in a broad spectrum of civil matters. His clients and cases have included injured persons, corporate executives, environmental litigation, trade secret and business tort litigation, contract and fraud claims. He has also represented hundreds of clients in various civil litigation claims.
Mr. Ramlow received a Bachelor of Science degree from Rockford College in 1991. He graduated cum laude and on two occasions was awarded the school's prestigious Distinguished Scholars Award. He attended law school at Marquette University School of Law in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, from 1991 to 1994. He graduated with a Juris Doctorate degree in 1994. After completing law school he practiced in civil litigation in a Rockford, Illinois, law firm with an emphasis on trial work. In 1999, he joined Brassfield, Krueger & Ramlow, Ltd., as a partner, with his practice primarily focused in civil litigation. He is a trial attorney licensed to practice law in Illinois and Wisconsin state courts, federal district court, and the United States Court of Appeals, Seventh Circuit. He is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, Illinois Bar, the Federalist Society, and Delta Theta Phi law fraternity.

Glen R. Weber is an award-winning trial lawyer with over 20 years of experience as a prosecutor. He is a talented lawyer who now concentrates his practice on civil litigation and personal injury. He is a respected member of the Capital Litigation Trial bar and is qualified as a First Chair. He is also a member of the Knights of Columbus.
Glen graduated with Departmental Honors in Philosophy from Loyola University of Chicago in 1984. He graduated from Loyola University School of Law in 1987. He is admitted to practice in Illinois, and before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, where he is admitted to the trial bar.
In 2000, Glen was elected State's Attorney of Jo Daviess County, where he served as the top prosecutor until 2004. Glen tried 20 jury trials in Jo Daviess County, obtaining guilty verdicts in every trial. While State's Attorney, no taxpayer dollars were expended for judgments for acts that occurred while he was in office. As State's Attorney, Glen created, founded and was President of Tyler's Justice Center For Children, a Child Advocacy Center for the investigation of abused children. The Center was the First Advocacy Center serving Jo Daviess, Carroll and Stephenson counties.
In 2001, Glen was named State's Attorney of the year by the Illinois State Crime Commission. He has tried 131 jury trials, including Forty-Four First Degree Murder jury trials. Glen was an Assistant State's Attorney in Winnebago County and First Assistant State's Attorney in Boone County.
In 2001 and 2003, Glen was an instructor at the Capital Litigation seminar in Springfield, Illinois. He has also instructed prosecutors at the National Advocacy Center in Columbia, South Carolina.
