Erik E. Carlson is a talented attorney whose practice focuses primarily on litigating complex personal injury lawsuits.  He consistently achieves his client's goals of maximizing recovery through skillful negotiation, diligent investigation and thoughtful and persuasive arguments.  His areas of practice include civil litigation, personal injury, insurance defense and appellate practice.

Erik was raised in Rockford, Illinois.   He was accepted to the Rockford Public School's gifted program and graduated with honors from the Auburn High School Academy in 1997.  He attended Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem North Carolina where he graduated with a Bachelor's of Arts degree in 2001.  Erik attended and graduated from University of Wisconsin Law School - Madison, in 2005.  He is a member of the Wisconsin Bar Association, Winnebago County Bar Association, Illinois State Bar and is licensed to practice law before the Supreme Courts of both Wisconsin and Illinois.

He volunteers his time to a charitable association, the Children's Home and Aid foundation, where he serves on the board of directors.   His hobbies include reading, skiing, cartography and city planning.
